Kevin McDaniel, a graduate of the University of Washington’s School of Business, has built and sold multiple companies in construction and factory automation. He now manages firms specializing in energy solutions and automated parking. At Applied Gray Matter, Kevin integrates electric and automated components, working with Fortune 500 companies to deliver great value. He and the AGM team look forward to solving your challenges.
Director of Operations
Vince Cianchetta has been a pivotal figure in industrial technology since the early 90s. He served as Director of Technology at Weintek USA from 2009. In 2002, Vince became a systems integrator, contributing to diverse industries such as industrial food and protein production, oil and gas, energy management, medical device manufacturing, defense, and automotive manufacturing.
Director of Engineering
With over 20 years of experience, Rock Grbic specializes in the design, troubleshooting, and optimization of electronic and electro-mechanical systems. He excels in machine retrofits and redesigns, focusing on maximizing output while minimizing downtime. Rock is UL508A MTR, NFPA70, and IPC J-STD-001 certified. He attended the University of Applied Technical Studies in Belgrade, majoring in Mechanical Engineering.
